Mobile Data Sharing Carve-Out
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent to third parties.
We may share your mobile number and related messaging data with our messaging providers and telecommunications carriers only to enable the Messaging Program on our behalf (for example, to deliver SMS/MMS/RCS messages).
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent for non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or, where available, our cookie banner or preference center.
6. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States, Canada, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. As a result, your information may be subject to the laws of jurisdictions other than your own.
Where required, we will implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to protect personal information transferred across borders.
7. Your Rights and Choices
7.1 Communication Preferences (Including SMS/MMS/RCS)
Email: You can opt out of marketing emails by using the “unsubscribe” link in those emails.
SMS/MMS/RCS: You can opt out of the Messaging Program at any time by replying STOP (or other supported opt-out keyword) to a message you receive from us. We may send a final message confirming your opt-out.
For Canada, commercial electronic messages (including SMS/MMS/RCS) are regulated under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which requires valid consent, clear sender identification, and an easy way to unsubscribe in each message. We design our Messaging Program to meet these requirements for Canadian recipients.
You may also contact us at info@finefix.ai to update your preferences or request removal from specific contact lists.
7.2 Rights Under US and Canadian Privacy Laws
Your rights may vary depending on where you live, but may include the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of information, subject to legal or contractual obligations
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, certain marketing)
Residents of certain US states may have additional rights regarding their personal information under state privacy laws. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA, which is Canada's main private-sector privacy law and is built around ten fair information principles governing collection, use, disclosure, and access to personal information.
You can exercise your rights by contacting us at info@finefix.ai. We may request additional information to verify your identity before responding.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services and Messaging Program requested by our customers
- Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
We may keep logs of opt-in and opt-out status, message history, and other records required by carriers, CTIA guidelines, or applicable law for a reasonable time after you unsubscribe.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or de-identify it, or, if that is not possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site, Services, and Messaging Program are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as by email or a prominent notice on the Site).
